A proven non-profit and business executive, Russell helps clients create plans and policies to optimize the full potential of their businesses and employees. A former medic and mental health consultant for the United States Army and a Chief Operating Officer for a Healthcare Non-Profit, Russell provides high-level strategic advice to CEO's and C-Suite Executives to foster an all-inclusive business ecosystem for today's changing work environment.

Strategic Advisor
Kevin Herzik
Kevin Herzik is the Strategic Advisor of Phillips Consulting Group where he leads in the development and growth of the firm. Prior to joining Phillips Consulting Group, Kevin served as a legislative and communications staffer to Members of the House of Representatives and United States Senate. Kevin ensured legislative victories that reduced tax liabilities for clean energy companies as part of the Inflation Reduction Act, created a Memorandum of Understanding between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Department of Defense over the management of the Nevada Test and Training Range, and secured millions of dollars in federal grants to state, local, and non-profit service providers. Kevin has also worked on several political campaigns, and was a Robert Schuman Scholar at the European Parliament's Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee in Brussels, Belgium.
